Every Brother Knight is being asked to recommit to these principles by providing support to Council Activities, help recruit new members and attend Council Corporate Communions. Vivat Jesus Brothers.
Brother Knights of Council 7444:
Please support the Sweatshirts for Christmas program to help the kids at Holy Cross Children Services (HCCS).
For a lot of them this may be the only gift they will receive.
Here's what we need to do-
Purchase a New sweatshirt, (hooded with college or pro-team logos are especially appreciated).
Any of these sizes: L, XL, 2X, 3X
Place it in a Christmas decorated box or wrap with Christmas paper. No bows or ribbons.
Mark on the outside of the box or wrapping if it is for a girl, boy, or unisex; and the size.
Deliver the wrapped sweatshirt to John Rogers 248-896-5774 by Dec 3, 2009.
District Deputy Jack Washbourn will then take them to HCCS on Dec 4th. This is a great program that the State of Michigan Knights has supported for many years. Let's keep the charity work going and collect a lot of shirts!
Thank You,
Rob MacMain
